Because she came so highly recommended, I had approached Sally a couple of times to fix flights for a holiday for myself, and to make all the arrangements for a family trip to Disneyland Paris.
Later that year, I wanted to book flights to New Zealand, where I would meet up with friends, tour the country and then make visits to San Francisco and New York. Not only did we create a complicated itinerary, but I would be travelling alone, making the whole thing quite a daunting proposition. I needn’t have worried: with Sally’s vast experience, enormous fund of contacts and an excellent understanding of my needs, everything was taken care of. Sadly Covid19 had other plans for us and everything was cancelled at the last minute, which is where Sally’s expertise and professionalism really kicked in with advice, encouragement and support.
I have never experienced this level of service from any other travel agent, and I shall be in touch with Sally as soon as I am able to travel again.

We approached Sally in October 2019 to help us arrange a trip in March 2020 to Australia, New Zealand, San Francisco,New York and home. She came highly recommended and I can now see why. Flights are a scary business unless you know what you are doing and we had five to get our heads around plus Visas for the the countries. Getting the times and distances to airports were taken out of our hands she made it all so easy. We booked our own accommodation in New Zealand but decided the USA would be safer using hotels and once again she found us central accommodation at very reasonable rates. We were ecstatic and longing for our trip to begin. We got to Australia on the 14th March spent time with family and on the day We were due to fly to New Zealand Covid-19 hit and they closed their borders. This brings us to a whole new ball game and Sally was right there with us despite the time difference she was trying to get us home but even she couldn’t book flights when they had all stopped flying. This is when you need someone in your corner. Just to say Sally has fought for us all the way and our loyalty to her will not waver when we can once again travel safely. Thank you Sally you are our hero.

Regarding Sally and Becky they are both amazing always used both of them , they take there time to find you the holiday you want with a great price that’s affordable.

I Have known Sally Murphy for many years and always use Flight Master travel when I need an agent. Sally is one in a million in her professional life. She excels at designing bespoke holidays to suit her clients perfectly. She works tirelessly to listen to clients and make suggestions that are not always obvious to us but are always in our best interest. Sally orchestrated a marvellous 7 weeks holiday for myself and a friend in Australia, Hong Kong and China.
We chose individual destinations with amazing tours included almost every day. It was quite an adventure for me as I had not been out of Europe before. I was also worried that some of our complicated itinerary might not run smoothly but miraculously everything went like clockwork and we had the best holiday ever. I have used Sally to guide me on all my long haul holidays since.
The amazing thing is that Sally performs miracles no matter how large or small. With one phone call she has flown me home from holiday at a moments notice when my mother was seriously ill and sorted me out when I forgot to go on holiday on the right day. Nothing is too much trouble and often requires her to work well beyond office hours.
On a personal note Sally is very patient , kind and generous person with a lovely sense of humour. I will miss her terribly when I shop in Pontefract and wish her every success in the future.
My husband and I have booked several holidays through Flightmaster. We have always had the pleasure of having Sally to help us and we find her to be friendly and courteous, helpful without being pushy, always prepared to search for flights and accommodation to suit our particular needs and budget.
Last year Sally helped me plan a particularly exciting and varied trip to Canada with helpful ideas and suggestions and spent a long time sorting flights and getting the best prices. The trip was sadly cancelled due to the pandemic but Sally kindly kept in touch until I received a refund.
We have booked holidays with Sally for a number of years now. All our holidays have been meticulously planned and she has suggested options which can be both cost effective and enriches the holiday experience. Sally has excellent customer service skills. Sally arranged my wife’s fortieth birthday holiday to multiple locations in one trip – Chicago, New York and Boston USA. This is probably our favourite holiday. The hotels were in a fabulous location and perfect for our stays. The transfers to each place were good especially the train ride from New York to Boston. We would without doubt book with Sally every time.
This was a lifetime holiday for us for our 25th wedding anniversary in 2018 Arranged by Sally , nothing was too much trouble we are not the easiest of customers and are very fussy , we went to Bora Bora, Huainni Tahiti over 18days flew business class , it was AMAZING , however I can tell you we are also not the luckiest of travellers and if something can go wrong it will as Sally will tell you , several things did go wrong on this holiday missed connection, lost luggage , hotel re furbishing however Sally was contactable and there to double check everything re assure us and fight our corner when we got home , none of the mishaps I can say we’re not Sally’s fault or the way she organised it , the organisation was brilliant which is why we have booked thru SALLY for the last 20 years or more , I can highly recommend this lady .
We first met Sally when we started using Flightmaster travel agents in Pontefract. We were planning our honeymoon to South Africa and had been to most of the chain travel agents. None could tailor our trip in the order that we wanted. Sally was a star, listened to everything that we wanted and more importantly to the order in which we wanted to visit places. She had fantastic knowledge of where would be best to stay in each of the destinations (Capetown, Kruger national park and Mauritius)
Ever since this first amazing holiday she organised she has been the go to person for us when planning any holiday. She planned our multi destination tour of Australia. She also helped us book some of the excursions that we went on whilst there.
She also planned our holiday to see the Northern lights. Not only did she find us a fabulous price it also included numerous activities, Snow mobiling, Reindeer sledging and my person favourite husky sledging. We had a magically experience and even managed to see the beautiful Northern lights.
Sally proved invaluable when our cruise around SE Asia got cancelled due to Covid in February 2019, only 10 days before we were due to fly. Because our flight was still leaving and we weren’t entitled to a refund she worked tirelessly to plan us a new destination from Singapore (where we were flying to) We chose Borneo and she organised our flights and made sure we also got to fly over to Sandakan to see the Orangutans. Without her knowledge we wouldn’t have known where to fly to or the best places to stay. Even when we missed one of our flights (our fault entirely) she messaged us to see if we were ok and could help in anyway.
Sally is a fabulous travel agent and person. She is still helping us now as our rebooked cruise has been cancelled for the second time, even though she is no longer being paid to do so.
