We had a five hour flight delay and I read that you should always ask your travel agent to claim compensation.
The staff at Kinver Travel Service were superb. They took all the stress away and got the full price of the flight back in the shortest time possible. This is a top, top travel agency with highly professional staff. I can’t praise them enough.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Croatia and would like to thank all at Kinver Travel Centre for the excellent service we received.
When I called in with just a couple of available dates and no idea where to go, Kim and Natalie were so efficient and helpful, finding a selection of locations to suit our budget and the most convenient flights. We have not visited Croatia before but felt confident to explore new places with their knowledge and expertise.
With everything booked and organised for us swiftly and smoothly, we collected our tickets a couple of days later and had a wonderful holiday that exceeded our expectations.

Jenny booked us an amazing week in Turkey in 2019. We had an absolutely perfect holiday. We had spent many frustrating hours on the internet and to be honest I was ready to give up !
