In response to “high demand,” Jet2.com will expand its ski services this Easter, including the establishment of a new flight from Bristol airport to Geneva.
Weekly Saturday services will be available on the new Bristol route from 2nd April to 16th April.
Jet2 will now fly to four ski resorts from Bristol, thanks to the addition of flights to Geneva. Chambery, Innsbruck, and Salzburg are already served from the base.
The announcement comes after the Swiss government confirmed that pre-arrival testing for those who have been vaccinated is no longer required. This week, Jet2 increased the number of flights to Geneva from Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, and Stansted.
CEO of airline Jet2.com and sister trip company Jet2holidays, Steve Heapy, said: “Our ski flights to Chambery, Innsbruck, and Salzburg that we have on sale this winter from Bristol are looking extremely popular, and it is obvious that snow sports fans want to make the ski season last for as long as possible too.”
“In response to that, we are expanding our Easter ski program from Bristol and launching a brand-new route to Geneva so customers have even more choice when it comes to hitting the best slopes in Europe. With our ski flights restarting to Chambery from Bristol this weekend too, we are looking ahead to a very popular and successful ski season.”
On bookings made by 7th February, Jet2.com is giving a 10% discount on all ski flights.
