We’ve just returned from our holiday in Antalya, Turkey. Parul was great in booking our break from beginning to end. He was easy to reach and kept us informed the whole time. I would definitely use The Holiday Butler again.

We were planning a trip to Turkey with my wife and two friends, but after searching the internet for a nice all-inclusive hotel with good vegetarian food options we got stuck, we spoke with a friend who had recently booked their holiday with The Holiday Butler and they suggested to call them. We spoke with Parul who was very polite and knowledgeable he made a list of hotels for us to review which met our requirements, once we confirmed the final hotel Parul said he will take care of all our arrangements. We have just returned from our holiday and can only recommend The Holiday Butler because we had a fantastic time in Turkey. Parul had contacted the guest relations and food and beverage teams as they were always checking to see if we were happy with the dining options. The Holiday Butler went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful holiday. They even got an exclusive discount from the hotel spa, which was fantastic. Throughout the holiday, we were looked after by a truly professional company. We especially appreciated Parul’s regular updates to help us prepare for and during our holiday. We are already planning our next holiday with The Holiday Butler.

We booked our first holiday post covid, wedding, and first child and wanted somewhere we could relax and enjoy – hasslefree!

Parul’s services went above and beyond to help us with this – we kept going back and forth with our decisions as to what and where we wanted – but Parul was so patient with us and SO quick with his communications. We really trusted his services and as a result knew to book with him and pass on his details to many of our family and friends also wanting to book a holiday.

We highly recommend his services and no doubt will book with him again. On top of this Jet2 who he is partnered with were exceptional from the get go!

Amazing service from start to finish. I cannot thank Parul (The Holiday Butler) enough for his efforts. The holiday was the first one since covid and the first in almost 4 years. Very much looking forward to booking the next one with the Holiday Butler.

I had never heard of The Holiday Butler before booking our trip to Crete. From the moment we booked, we have always received excellent service and frequent communication about our holiday. Every request we made was no problem for them to accommodate. It was truly the best Butler service we have had in a long time.

While we were on holiday, they assisted us when some problems occurred at our hotel. They immediately contacted the hotel management and the problem was resolved immediately. Plus, we were treated like VIP’s afterwards as most of the staff seemed to pay extra attention to our family, which was very helpful, especially with our strict vegetarian diet requirements. We are so glad we found The Holiday Butler, and we will recommend them to all of our family and friends. We are already planning our next holiday with them.

The Holiday Butler was just as you’d expect from a professional butler. Once our booking was made he kept us informed of anything we needed to know. Made sure we were aware of any vaccination or test requirements before our holiday and upto the day we left. Sent over various trips available and sights to see at our destination and sent it in the post too. He was always their and kept in touch throughout our holiday to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
This was better than any other service I’ve used and can not recommend him enough. If your after a holiday where someone else takes care of all the details and planning then the holiday butler has to be the place to go.

Booking a holiday with The Holiday Butler was a very seamless experience.
Instant communication and update throughout the booking process really allowed us to secure the best deal at the time and I would highly recommend using The Holiday Butler and I myself will certainly be using this travel company again!

Holiday was very competitively priced, looked after before and throughout our trip, kept us informed and assisted us with problem with hotel regarding vegetarian food.
