Nine additional flights will be introduced by Wizz Air from its bases at Gatwick and Luton airports.
Between 30th October and 17th December, the low-cost carrier will begin service on the routes, flying from Gatwick to Agadir, Morocco; Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt; Verona, Italy; Grenoble, France; and Marrakesh, Morocco.
The remaining four routes—to Tallinn, Estonia; Tallinn, Estonia; Prague, Czech Republic; and Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt—will be flown out of Luton.
The airline will run two flights a week to Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh, as well as weekly flights to Grenoble.
The remaining routes, which include daily flights to Prague and Marrakesh, four weekly flights to Agadir, and three weekly flights to Tallinn and Verona, will operate all year long.
Director of management Marion Geoffrey stated: “We are very excited to announce the addition of nine new routes from our bases at Luton and Gatwick.
“Despite the challenges the UK aviation industry has faced this summer season, we remain committed to the market and are pleased to be able to offer passengers the chance to discover even more fascinating destinations such as Tallinn and Hurghada, and revisit holiday hotspots like Sharm El Sheikh.
“We look forward to welcoming passengers on board our young, efficient and sustainable aircraft.”
