Croatia has commenced discussions with UK officials about resuming the travel for British holidaymakers to the Adriatic destination this summer.
On Thursday 18th March 2021, Croatia’s tourism minister, Nikolina Brnjac, met with Andrew Dalgleish, the UK’s ambassador to Croatia, to discuss the situation.
Croatia’s national tourism office in London said it was important that the UK understood the conditions that tourists would need to fulfil in order to return to pre-pandemic levels of summer travel to the country.
Croatia, according to Brnjac, will be ready to receive British visitors as soon as the government permits international travel to resume.
