Thailand’s homegrown design-led operator, SALA Hospitality Group, has unveiled Sala Bang Pa-in, the latest addition to its curated collection of boutique hotels and beachfront resorts. The stylish and chic new riverside retreat allows guests to unwind in nature, escape the city and learn about Thai history. The hotel has a fleet of boats to transport guests on immersive excursions such as complimentary journeys to and from the Summer Palace.
The new resort will allow visitors to discover the charm and rich heritage of a relatively undiscovered part of the Kingdom.
The hotel is hoping to open its doors on 1st May 2021 and will become the group’s fifth member of Sala Boutique which is a portfolio of intimate hotels situated in picturesque locations. The majority of Sala Boutique hotels are filled with historical significance. Situated between Ayutthaya and Bangkok on an island in the Chao Phraya River, Bang Pa-in will become Sala Hospitality’s ninth property in Thailand.
With only 24 deluxe rooms and pool villas, Sala Bang Pa-in is a contemporary boutique retreat that celebrates the destination’s natural beauty and puts its guests on the doorstep of the Summer Palace. The accommodation showcases a modern minimalist design concept and cutting-edge technology. The spectacular 484 square metre presidential pool villa comprises three-bedrooms and provides a river view together with an indoor and alfresco living space.
Sala Bang Oa-in is located 60km north of downtown Bangkok and 28km from the Ayutthaya Historical Park.
