In more good news for restless travellers yearning for an overseas holiday later this year and in 2022, Holland America Line has today released its 2022 European cruising schedule. The sailings range from seven to 35 days in the Mediterranean, northern Europe and the Atlantic and can be booked immediately with low deposits.
The cruise line has doubled the number of seven-night Med voyages on offer in 2021 from 5 to 10 between the months of May and August.
A free Signature Beverage Package is on offer in addition to a free Signature Dining Package, pre-paid gratuities and 50% reduced deposits. Those that book before 28th February 2021 will receive free Wi-Fi if travelling in a suite for in one the 2022 sailings.
Prices start at £1,400 per person for a seven-day sailing based on 2 sharing. Port expenses as well as taxes and fees are charged extra.
To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the cruise line will recreate its historic Rotterdam-New York sailing. The Pinnacle-class ship Rotterdam which was due to debut in August this year will repeat the historic journey on 15th October 2022. Prices start from £1,649 for the 15-day sailing which includes calls to Le Havre and Plymouth.
Other itineraries include a Holy Land & Ancient Kingdoms Explorer itinerary from Civitavecchia (Rome) aboard Volendam which will stop at Alexandria in Egypt, Katakolon and Mykonos in Greece and Istanbul in Turkey. Prices for the 14-day journey start from £2,709.
In addition to the Mediterranean itineraries, the line will offer a series of Baltic and Iceland sailings culminating with an 18-night Viking Passage voyage to Boston calling at Alesund, Norway, and three ports in Iceland.
