The Scenic Route program from Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, which offers eight European road trips, has been revived.
This year, there will be trips between London and Paris, as well as between Madrid and Lisbon, Prague, and Budapest.
This year, the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul in the Bosphorous will also make its debut on the Scenic Route, offering activities like a private sunset yacht excursion down the Bosphorus.
The former home of the Perrier-Jouet founders, Maison Belle Epoque, in Paris will open its doors to the public for the first time exclusively for visitors of the Four Seasons Hotel George V. This collection is the largest private collection of French art nouveau in Europe.
In addition, they will travel with a Four Seasons sommelier down the Loire Valley’s longest wine road as they sample the wines of Sully-sur-Loire, Meung-sur-Loire, and Orleans.
Visitors can take a tour of the Underdogs Gallery of contemporary art while driving between the Four Seasons Hotels Ritz Lisbon and Madrid, or they can have a sunset speedboat ride while traveling between the Four Seasons Hotels Gresham Palace and Prague.
Each route in the Scenic Route program can be customized to incorporate special experiences, and it can be taken in a single day or as part of a longer trip.
Simon Casson, President of Hotel Operations – Europe, Middle East and Africa, said: “The past few years have reminded us all of the importance of taking the time to pause and notice the details around us.”
“This notion of slowing down and enjoying the journey is what inspired the creation of the Scenic Route with Four Seasons, and this latest offering is all about celebrating heartfelt connections with the places we visit and the people we encounter.
“Cherry-picking the best insider knowledge from our world-renowned concierges, each route immerses travellers in cultural gems, authentic cuisine, local art, history, and more.”
