Emirates adds another First Class experience with a new Home Check-in Service, which allows customers to check in from the comfort and convenience of their own homes.
This service is provided free of charge to Emirates’ First Class customers in Dubai and Sharjah, where Check-in Agents will visit their homes or hotels at pre-arranged times to complete all check-in formalities, such as document verification, baggage check-in, and boarding pass issuance. For any last-minute extra luggage, there is a designated counter at the airport.
The luggage will be taken directly to the airport by the Check-in Agents, while customers can choose to go to the airport at their leisure using the pre-booked Emirates complimentary chauffeur-drive service.
The complimentary Home Check-in service must be booked at least 24 hours prior to flight departure time, with the latest check-in time six hours before the flight’s departure.
Customers can proceed directly to immigration and security upon arrival at Dubai International Airport (DXB), which must be at least 90 minutes prior to the flight, and then continue to Emirates’ dedicated First Class Lounge.
All Emirates customers can have a smooth and contactless airport experience by using the Emirates App to check-in and receive a mobile boarding pass, as well as using the Emirates’ self-service bag drop. Registered customers can travel through the airport hands-free by using the integrated biometrics tunnel and smart gates at DXB.
First Class passengers can take advantage of a full range of trademark services available in the Emirates First Class Lounge, including a complimentary facial treatment at the Timeless Spa, complimentary services at Shoeshine by Mr Cobbler, four fine champagne vintages at the dedicated Moet and Chandon bar, special offers at luxury wine and spirits retailer Le Clos, and limited-edition tea blends from Dilmah Tea.
On certain routes, customers can board their flight directly from the Emirates Lounge via a private air bridge.
Emirates continues to set the standard for First Class travel with signature Emirates First Class experiences and product innovations such as fully-enclosed private suites, the in-flight Shower Spa, the Onboard Lounge, and many other industry firsts across its fleet of A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft.
