The new building offers a variety of one-bedroom flats, studio apartments, and deluxe hotel rooms that are perfect for short or extended visits. It also has a number of amenities for both business and leisure.
One of Thailand’s top hotel and real estate development companies, Dusit International, recently opened the Dusit Princess Hotel Residences Nairobi, a novel hybrid property with 100 generously sized deluxe hotel rooms and apartments in the hip Westlands neighborhood of the Kenyan capital.
The new upper-midscale property is designed to meet the needs of business and leisure travelers and deliver high levels of comfort and convenience for short or extended stays in a prime location just 5km from the Central Business District. It will be soft-opened in March 2023, with the full inventory expected to go online in the second half of the year.
The premium facility offers 56 one-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, 30 studio apartments, 14 deluxe hotel rooms, a quick grab-and-go shop, and The Olive Restaurant, an all-day eating venue with modern Italian influences. The Aviary Lounge is a chic rooftop bar. Here, visitors may savor inventive bar bites and cocktails while taking in breathtaking city views.
The building also has a heated pool, a modern rooftop gym, well-appointed meeting space, and quick access to the many eateries and shopping centers that the Westlands neighborhood is famous for.
It takes 45 minutes to drive to the Nairobi National Park, the only national park in the world that is located inside a capital city. The hotel’s staff is available to help visitors book day tours to the park so they can try to sight lions, buffaloes, leopards, rhinos, and other big game.
